1 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 t. salt
1 cup milk
Blend ingredients together until smooth.
Generously butter the pans.
Bake at 425 degrees until puffed and browned. If your oven is small, you may want to rotate the pans halfway through the cooking time.
Two pie pans: 20-25 minutes . 24 muffin cups: 15-20 minutes.
Serve with lemon juice and powdered sugar.
Serve with fruits (strawberries, peaches, berries are good)
Serve with warm fruit syrup or maple syrup.
