Summertime Lemonade

*Not just for summertime…This sunny lemonade is packed with mouth-watering citrus flavor and healthful Vitamin C. Add a handful of thyme or basil for a sophisticated flavor.

5 lemons (3/4 cup juice)
5 limes (3/4 cup juice)
5 oranges (1-1/2 cups juice)
1-1/2 to 3 quarts water
1-1/2 to 2 cups sugar

Squeeze the juice from the lemons, limes and oranges, reserving some slices for
garnish. Pour into a large pitcher (2 quart-1 gallon). Add water and sugar, mix well. Taste and adjust water and sugar (if you like it more concentrated, use less water.) Store in the refrigerator. Serve on ice with fruit slices.

*Good with tangerines, too!
1-1/2 cup orange juice
1-1/2 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup tangerine juice
