Buttery Praline Sauce
Good enough to make you lick your plate

2 sticks butter
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup toasted pecans
1 cup cream

Melt together in a medium saucepan. Cook on low heat about 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve warm as a dip for apple slices. Or use as a sauce for cheesecake or ice cream.
Makes about 2 cups.
Store in the refrigerator. Reheat in the microwave before using. Stir and test before eating—it can get very hot!
